We knew we wanted to get married at my husband’s family home as they have an amazing garden. We started the search for a marquee, but a friend told us about Ronan and the stretch tents at The Outdoor Wedding Company. Ronan and the team came for a site visit and advised us on the size and space we needed and we booked them in. What really sold it for us was that we were able to leave the sides of the tent open so that our guests really felt like they were dining in the garden, while having the warmth and protection of the tent and everything from the rustic poles to the wooden bar and the barrels as high tables for our drinks reception were perfect.

It’s a wonderful structure during the day but at night with the fairy lights on and the music playing it really is a sight to behold. All our guests commented on how cool and unusual it was and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to forego the traditional marquee for one of these stunning stretch tents.

The day was everything we wanted, the tent looked absolutely stunning along with all the little added extras it’s most certainly a day we will never forget and I think a day most of our guests will not forget either! Many commented it was the best wedding they ever attended and was so different from any wedding they had attended before.

We wanted to do something a little different for our wedding this summer and felt that Extreme Structures fitted the criteria perfectly. I honestly can’t praise Ronan, Bob and all of the team highly enough on what they produced for our special day. From planning meetings a year in advance, to onsite venue surveys in Cork (they’ve a seriously cool miniature stretch tent that they setup on your kitchen table!), the guys really made us feel at ease with their knowledge and experience.

The stretch tent itself is unlike anything we have seen before and generated an incredible atmosphere on the day! The props they provided (Wild West Wagon, canoes, grass furniture, fairground games) helped to create the perfect vibe and our guests were really taken aback by it all. It’s important to note the Extreme Structures team managed everything on the day (food vendors, power and lighting, posh loo’s, etc.) and it really made a huge difference for us.

Anyone that’s considering hiring a tent/marquee for any sort of occasion should really take a close look at The Outdoor Wedding Company. I see them regularly popping up at festivals/events I’ve been to and I’m not surprised. Thanks again Guys, you helped create the best day of our lives!!

The guys are great! We came to them with the task of attaching the tent to the side of a Café in Kilkee. It turned out amazing and we couldn’t praise the guys more for hard work and finishing.
